What do I need to run OurNest?+
Any website hosting with PHP 8 and a MySQL/MariaDB database — standard cPanel shared hosting is enough. No special server.
Is it a monthly subscription?+
No. You pay once and own your copy. Your only running cost is your own web hosting.
Where is my family’s data stored?+
In your own database on your own hosting. We never receive or store your data.
Does the AI lab-report reading cost extra?+
It’s optional. To use it you add your own Anthropic (Claude) API key, billed by them per use. Without a key you simply type results in.
Can it work on our phones?+
Yes. It works in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen to open like an app.
Can you change the profiles or add a feature for us?+
